Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) raw almonds
  • 125 ml (½ cup) pistachios
  • 250 ml (1 cup) pitted dates
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) dried figs
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) chia seeds
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) nori flakes (Un Océan de Saveurs)
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) cocoa powder
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) chocolate chips
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) maple syrup

Preparation

  • Coarsely grind the nuts in a food processor.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix for a few more minutes.
  • Once evenly mixed, roll into balls as small or large as preferred.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa and nori flakes.
