Ingredients

  • 250 ml 250 ml (1 cup) frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • ½ banana
  • 250 ml (1 cup) almond milk or other milk of your choice
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) spirulina flakes

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender
  • and mix to the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
