Ingredients

  • 225 g (½ lb) butter at room
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) sea lettuce flakes

Preparation

  • Add the sea lettuce flakes to the butter and mix. That's all there is to it!
  • Use it to sauté your shrimp or cook your mussels, melt it and dip your lobster in it, or simply spread it on a baguette!
